who we are.

the_team

Founded in 2021 by composer, artist & producer Jasmin Kent Rodgman, the softLOUD team consists of a revolving community of makers, who collaborate with the company on a project-by-project basis across discipline and genre.

Equity is at the beating heart of the company, and our projects and teams seek to empower people and stories that truly represent society today.

Jasmin Kent Rodgman began producing in 2016, with a passion for collective creativity, co-making and cross-arts collaboration. Thinking about challenging the wider narrative on how music and art are made, and supported, softLOUD continues to investigate new formulas and ways to produce, curate and perform.

As the company grows from strength to strength, we look to establishing a small and sustainable permanent core team, but with a view to always collaborating with our wider community, keeping inspirations and perspectives refreshed with every project and performance.
